I found the web site very interesting with the photo of yourself to try the glasses on. My glasses arrived in good shape. The glasses fit and work well. The value is far better than the eye doctors office.

The frame could be a little moe sturdy.

I appreciate the prompt delivery of my glasses. I couldn't be more pleased with them. The "planar progressive" are the best glasses I have owned. Very clear, stylish, rugged frames. My only complaint is that I wish you also offered stylish prescription safety glasses.

First time ever ordering on-line, may be my last. Took over a month to get my glasses. My calls to customer service were not satisfactory but the bigger issue was, after seeking information and explaining my building frustration, all I received back were email blasts to buy more glasses, when I couldn't even get the ones I ordered! To complete my ordeal, the glasses came with clip-on sunglasses. It asked tint which, being a first time customer of on-line glasses, I thought referred to the clip-on's. To my surprise, I received sunglasses, with clip-on sunglasses!!!! I suppose that's my fault for failing to understand, but it's also not very clear. Bigger issue is, when filling the order, didn't it register with anyone to question this? Obviously not. Changes of using Global Eye Glasses again is near to non-existent.
