I received my glasses 6 weeks after placing an order. To me this is unacceptable. When you can order from a local eyeglass place, glasses are available less than a week. I would probably never order again, however the glasses I received are high quality and are perfect for my vision. I wish shipping time didn't take so long

For a company that sales online they don't have any online support at all. They prices are cheap but is not worth the trouble. I order a pair of Sunglasses and the mess up my prescription. I email the support (only email). Got a automated response saying they got my email. All week I tried a few times again until I called that Friday. I got a lady on the phone just saying to scan my prescription and email it to a new email. Even know I said in the subject line "Let me know you got it" and copy the support email. Nothing.

i was a little worried about ordering glasses online, had never done this. then i couldn't find any record of my transaction. finally, several days later the glasses arrived in the mail and they are great! perfect fit, high quality - i am telling everyone!

This is my second pair of glasses from this company; a pair of prescription sunglasses this time. I like the styles, the frames fit, prescriptions seem to be correct. My problem is that both times I tried to use a coupon code to get a discount for whatever sale they had, I couldn't get the coupon code to work...even after talking to customer service. I went on with both transactions because I needed the glasses quickly, but I was very frustrated.

Cant see out of one side now sure they got the prescription right, and they also took three Weeks to get to my house, slow shipping

I had bought a pair of glasses from Global Eyeglasses a few years ago and it was an okay experience. Then I bought another pair and the prescription was off. Then I bought another pair and they took forever to get to me. There was some kind of error and they took more than six weeks to get to me. I will never buy from this company again.
