Thought the postage from USA a bit slow - but pleased for the glasses. We do live at the bottom of the world anyway! Would have had to pay $800 NZD here form same ....Cost me $140NZD

Glasses were cheap and flimsy and took 3 weeks to arrive. Too much effort required to deal with customer service - each requests/question required me to respond with the same information multiple times. Was promised to get 20% off after the delay, but that never happened. Finally got the glasses, but the paint was chipped on several areas by the lens. Tried glasses for a week but got horrible migraines. Finally decided to request for a refund and was promised to have my return shipping costs was supposed refunded, but that never happened either. After more than a full month of dealing with this horrible company, I am left with no glasses, a bunch of wasted time, and a little less cash.

I have ordered a number of pairs of glasses from them and have always been happy with the service and the quality. And the price can't be beat!

I'm happy with the RX sunglasses my wife and I ordered. I do have a issue with the speed of the order, it took a long time between ordering and receipt. Ordered on 7/8 and received on 7/30. Otherwise, excellent glasses at an excellent price.

I got the slight yellow tint for computer use. absolutely the best glasses i ever had

I made a purchase almost 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting. Why don't you get a more ruputable carrier than USPS. They are very inefficient and they never update their shipments; so tracking your order is just useless. It takes only 3 business days for me to receive an order of about the same weight as my glasses from amazon.com and the shipping fee is around $6.00 . I will NOT recommend your company to any serious minded customer looking for glasses.

I received the glasses after 3weeks after I've placed the order which is about 1 week longer than its competitors. I also received a pair of glasses with one reading glass on one eye and a distance glass on the other. The company said I made the mistake of entering in the wrong prescription on the website and charged me $5.95 to ship me the right lens. It'll likely be another month before I receive that lens. Other online stores I've ordered from in the past has called me within days of order to verify the prescription when the prescription seems odd(like when you order a pair of glasses with one reading glass and one distance glass on the other). This company has the 'blame-the-customer-first" policy. I believe I entered in the right prescription as I've double checked it before submitting, but that's always hard to prove. Order at your own risk when dealing with this company.

I placed an order on 6/9/12 for basic single vision distance glasses. By 6/25/12 the order status was still incomplete. Once I inquired about my order, recieved a response a few days later that they were sorry and would put a rush on it and proceeded to ask me to pay again becuase my payment expired. Order FINALLY shipped on 7/24/12!! I ordered the exact same prescription glasses from a competitiors website on 6/25/12 and recieved in within a week, by 7/2/12! The wait time is the number one reason I will never order from Global Eyeglasses again. Extremely disappointed.
