Definitely worth the slightly long delivery time.

I got an email with the tracking information on a Sunday, so I figured it would be a day before it updated. Unfortunately, I didn't get any updates until that Friday, and the first update was still in the state of origin. My glasses arrived Monday, so technically it was fast. My thing is, GlobalEyeglasses, don't send a tracking number/shipping notice unless you actually have shipped the product. I was thinking that my glasses got lost in transit... not sitting in the warehouse somewhere. The glasses themselves are fine. They fit, are clear and I'm happy with them. Even though I had my old measurements, these are somehow smaller than my old pair. I don't know how that is seeing that the measurements on these glasses clearly state they should be bigger... Anyway, I've bought from GE before and I'll continue to do so in the future. Maybe next time I'll be more careful.

WE WAITED 3 MONTHS FOR OUR GLASSES, 2 CREDIT CARD CHARGES LATER, 7 PAIR OF SUNGLASSES SHOW UP, NO INVOICE AND NOT OUR PRESCRIPTION :( I HAVE TO CALL THE CREDIT CARD COMPANY NOW AND REPORT THIS COMPANY AS FRAUDULANT. TRY ANY OTHER EYE GLASS COMPANY, STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!

Your service is pathetic

The glasses themseves are quite decent, especially for the price. However, it can take a long time to get them. For the last order I called them some 5 weeks after palcing the order and wondering whre it was, only to find out it was not processed. I was offered to cancel, but told them I need the glasses. It took another two + weeks to finally get them. Also, hard to tell how well they will fit until you get them. So far i have 1/2 dozen glasses from them with mixed results. Do not get polarized sungrasses if you need byfocals. They do not make them, only progressives. Was not happy with high point of transition on the ones that I finally received.

I ordered the glasses and had several tickets opened regarding the status of the glasses. Everytime a help-ticket was opened It would be closed by the first person who responded to it and I never heard anthing back. Although the "shipped" was submitted to my email the glasses had indeed NOT shipped. I would give them less than a start for customer service. Customer service is what drives our economy. Now I have to allow Trust-Pilot access to my email address so I can yet again be spammed. I am extremely dissatisfied but will concur with the terms to get my information published!

slow in processing....ordering site confusing....thought I was getting something different. Don't need what I got and I'm out over a 123.00 dollars

Ordered glasses on July 8, 2012. It is now August 5, 2012 and still no glasses. I was told Friday that they are in North Carolina at the USPS Distribution Center. I thought two weeks would be adequate time to get my glasses not a month.
