The coupons that they send out constantly only apply to the cost of the frame -- which is a tiny fraction of the whole price. So a "BOGO" coupon sounds like a tremendous deal, but it turns out to be only a small discount. Dishonest.

We are very happy with the service and the ease of the purchase! As + 50 adults we want the ease of use(with the site) as well as help if needed! Wow what a good combination of both at global eyeglasses! Products are good quality and trendy styles for more than 75% off !!! I am not joking! See for yourself! Our purchase was progressive lens too awesome quality!

My eye glasses got lost in the mail, but a phone call took care of the problem right away. Was offered a new pair and 10% discount. Prompt and courteous service.

I got really tired of paying the exorbitant prices at local establishments. Decided to give online shopping a try. I found Global on a review site; hesitant at first; skeptical of the price/quality; I ordered my first pair of glasses. I was completely satisfied with the quality, fit and comfort. I soon ordered the second pair (spare pair) and was definitely not disappointed with the results. Subsequently, I'm telling all my friends about this company, and will not hesitate to order again when the need arises.

Glasses even at discount stores are overpriced. Global glasses are a great value and work as good as any I have ever purchased at a shop. All you need is your written prescription , its easy

I still don't know if I will receive the order or not.

My shipment was postponed for a considerable amount of time due to customs clearance. I never received notice from the company, until I inquired about it 16 days after it's shipment date. Although this is NOT Global Eyeglasses fault, it would behoove them to put in place safeguards that enable them to notify customers about hiccups in shipments. Notification goes a long way in satisfying a customers disgruntlement. You may still be disappointed but you know it is out of the companies control and they are trying to keep you updated. Thank You for the opportunity.
