The first time I order glasses from them there was no problem except it took over three week to get. The second time was a disaster. The eye glasses I order dont seem to be the correct lenses, there is just something wrong with them when I put them on. The sunglasses were two different tints, so I sent them back and still waiting for the new lenses. I placed this order over 5 weeks ago and still waiting...

I couldn't be happier! Loved being able to try the glasses on using my webcam & when they arrived they looked the same as they did online. No more paying hundreds of dollars for so-so glasses for me. I can't believe how great of a deal this was.

Glasses are of high quality. Shipping times could be faster. Overall a pleasant experience

I have never ordered glasses that fit so good and looks so good even though i didn't try them on. I love them and very pleased with the quality

You sent me the wrong glasses both times I ordered them. Second time I placed a stop payment of the charge slip. I even faxed a copy of my prescription and called to verify that I would get the correct glasses. Terrible customer service could not answer questions sent me an email saying they would make me a new pair for x dollar amount.. This was their mistake not mind. I sent the glasses back us postage the same way they were shipped to me. I asked to get emailed from a manager and never received such email. If the glasses were not ordered correctly that should have been corrected when I sent the prescription and spoke to the agent . That would have been the correct time for a correct time for an adjust in cost or what ever should have been done at that time. I have told everyone I know not to order from your company twice is enough your not that cheap and you have no ideal what your doing. So I did spread the word.....Still waiting for that response.

I was looking for an alternative to purchase glasses at a reasonable rate. The global eyeglasses.com process was simple, at a very reasonable cost, and the glasses are 1st rate.

I have used Global Eyeglasses for a few years, and each time I am very satisfied with my purchases. Also, since they are so inexpensive, it allows me to get multiple pairs without having the expense of a walk-in store. That said, it is a little harder to pick out a good fitting frame online, but all-in-all I think the convenience and the price more than compensate for that disadvantage. The quality of lenses seem very good and I cant say they are any different than the more expensive ones you can buy locally. In fact, only JCPenney's lenses that I had bought locally were as good. Other places I have tried have never delivered them right!
