Global RokidReviews of global.rokid.com

Prometieron entregar en diciembre y cumplieron. Son nuevas tecnologías por lo cual hay que entender que hay complicaciones y circunstancias diferentes todo el tiempo. Estoy feliz con el producto, lo recomiendo 100%

Promised to be delivered in November. Then with multiple delay and inaccurate status update to Kickstarters backers all along. Don't know when, along with a significant number of backers, will we receive it. What is worse is Rokid has long stocked their retailers with the products months ago and leave backers like us waiting.

Highly unprofessional. I can’t get a clear update on my products. Wish I’d bought Rayban Meta glasses now. They either don’t respond at all or they give contradictory information. I’m a seriously worried they won’t turn up for my international trip which I purchased them for so I can use the AI translation and directions.

I’m disappointed with the overall experience with Rokid, primarily due to customer support. I purchased their glasses and quickly realized they weren’t a good fit for me. The glasses are uncomfortable to wear for extended periods, and the bottom portion of the display appears cut off unless I wear them at an awkward angle. I’m sure the product may work well for some people, but in my case, the fit and viewing experience weren’t usable. Because of this, I attempted to contact customer support via email to initiate a return and refund within the return window, but I have not received any response. At this point, it feels like my messages are being ignored, which is frustrating given the time-sensitive nature of returns. While the technology itself may be promising, reliable customer support is critical. Until this issue is addressed, I can’t recommend purchasing with confidence.

Their products may look attractive, but you need to be extremely careful about everything beyond the product itself. For example, when it comes to shipping, delivery timelines, and sales practices, they generally do not keep their promises. This is likely related to the fact that they are effectively operating as a Chinese company, where prioritizing their own profits over customer experience seems to have become the norm, and making excuses to individual customers is common.

UPDATE (Feb 2026): After a very long and frustrating process involving repeated troubleshooting requests, ignored emails, and months without a clear solution, Rokid has finally sent me a replacement unit. The new glasses arrived quickly, without additional customs charges, and they are working correctly after proper testing. While I appreciate that the issue has ultimately been resolved, the support process was unnecessarily prolonged and stressful. The resolution only came after significant persistence on my side. I am updating this review for fairness, but Rokid still has substantial room for improvement in after-sales support and customer communication.

Fraud company dont trust them. I have requested to cancel my order for 10 times already with only 1 time vague response. Pathetic.

Rokid customer service sucks and behave like a scammer. They will do everything they can to not refund you. It's a greedy Chinese company who is here only to make money. Avoid like a plague.
