I wasn't satisfied with the product, I sent it back which is okay, happens.. But the procedure took 38 days and they sent 100$ less even the product was sent back basically the moment I used it given how poor the experience is.. Oh, and I had to pay for the shipping to back as well even though they sent less money and the shipping was expensive.. I don't recommend to order anything form this company..

I want to start this by saying that I really enjoy using the glasses, they fit my lifestyle. That being said, the customer service aspect is straight garbage and in my opinion customer service is more important than the product itself. No one responds!! I have literally nothing else to say about them because I haven't received a reply from them. Then I go to the comments on Kickstarter and they haven't replied to anyone since they shipped out the glasses. Accessories were supposed to come with the glasses but, haven't gotten one update about those even shipping. This is crazy. I lost my charger to the glasses so now I can't even use them. I purchased another cable but I can't even get in contact with them to see when they will ship it! I have been turned away from Kickstarters due to my experience here.

I’m disappointed with the overall experience with Rokid, primarily due to customer support. I purchased their glasses and quickly realized they weren’t a good fit for me. The glasses are uncomfortable to wear for extended periods, and the bottom portion of the display appears cut off unless I wear them at an awkward angle. I’m sure the product may work well for some people, but in my case, the fit and viewing experience weren’t usable. Because of this, I attempted to contact customer support via email to initiate a return and refund within the return window, but I have not received any response. At this point, it feels like my messages are being ignored, which is frustrating given the time-sensitive nature of returns. While the technology itself may be promising, reliable customer support is critical. Until this issue is addressed, I can’t recommend purchasing with confidence.

Even after receiving them, my order status did not update on the purchase website. They are uncomfortable for me around the nose and seem designed for people of Asian descent. I have to use them without an adapter, and the plastic is slightly sharp. This seems to be a common issue for European and American buyers. The glasses have a dark area on the sides and are impossible to adjust with the diopter regulator. It is not possible to focus the entire visible area at once. Other than that, in terms of visual quality, they are better than the first-generation Sony PlayStation VR glasses, but I believe the technology still needs further refinement. ---- No olvidar que no son gafas VR, solo proyectan una pantalla enfrente de ti. Son incomodas para mi por la nariz, parecen diseñadas para orientales y las tengo que usar sin adaptador, siendo un plástico un poco cortante. Parece un problema común en compradores europeos y americanos. Tiene una zona oscura en los laterales y son imposibles de adaptar con el regulador de dioptrías. no se puede enfocar toda la zona visible a la vez. Por lo demás, en calidad visual, mejor que las gafas VR sony playstation de primera generación, pero creo que todavía le falta madurar la tecnología.
