Horrible! Fit inconsistencies. Overpriced. And they are you pay for shipping on returns. Don’t buy. Go to a company that allows you to try on and return for free.

If I could zero stars, I would. I ordered two pairs of shorts for my son. They never came. When I called to inquire about order status, they said it showed arrived 4 days before. But he had not received it. I asked for refund or replacement. But after “an investigation” they closed the case stating it was delivered.

Sent them feedback on one of their products and they did not respond.. Just sent me an email stating my case was closed. Prana does not appear to care about their customer's opinions

I purchased a sweater and a skirt. It took almost 2 weeks to receive the order and before the order arrived the items went on sale. I call support to see if I could get an adjustment, They don't do that but I could reorder the items at sale price and return the first items. I did this and they only refunded me for the sweater saying that the skirt wasn't returned when they were both returned in the same package. Customer support looked into it and said sorry, nothing they can do.. Bad business and won't be supporting them ever again.

The website advertised free returns but they charge $8 for return shipping.

Order Pants on 11/26. Now 10 days later and was supposed to be delivered today 12/5. The package is still in NJ even though they said it would be delivered today. Garbage shipping from this company. Who expects 10 days for a product when it says expedited shipping, Typical marketing lies to get you to order with Fast Shipping.

The customer service is terrible. I lost a package in the mail due to a misapplied address and the company made me take the loss. I have bought thousands of dollars of clothes and they refused to replace a 140.00 jacket that was sent to the wrong address. Very stingy on their part.

Buyer beware. "Expedited delivery" is really "expedited processing" - the charge to ship quickly is completely bogus and the company takes no responsibility for the wording. This is not a company worthy of your business.
