I own several products botslab. I've had the 360 doorbell, which is no replaced by the new R811. I have a couple indoor camera's that I use when I'm not home. All great products. Easy setup and easy use. The best thing is so far is the local storage. You can take a cloud subcription, but the footage is also storage locally. For the times i needed support, the reaction time was good and offered solution helped me further.

Ottima azienda e fantastico il supporto. Possiedo un robot aspirapolvere(marchiato 360) e una telecamera botslab e devo ammettere che sono prodotti semplici nell'utilizzo. Azienda da consigliare e se continua su questa strada raggiungere il top velocemente!

È una azienda a mio parere leader nel campo delle sicurezza per la casa e per la pulizia. Ho diversi prodotti a marchio BOOTSLAB (già 360). Hanno un livello di assistenza molto alto. Carini e gentili in ogni loro parte. It is a company in my opinion a leader in the field of home security and cleaning. I have several BOOTSLAB brand products (already 360). They have a very high level of assistance. Nice and kind in every part of them.

I bought two of the Botslab R811, Doorbells, one for my son and one for myself. It was very easy to set up, only several minutes. The Doorbell it self, if fantastic, it has everything and more, you have four view modes, several voice modes, and it has a theft alarm, also, you can wire it up, or just charge the battery twice a year, it lasts 210 days, or just less depending on traffic. And as for the customer service, it is second to none, they were quick to answer any questions, you might have, and are very friendly, i received a first class service all the way. I highly recommend the Botslab Doorbell, you wont regret it.
