I love the ease of this doorbell. The video and audio quality is very good. I plan on purchasing more in the future for my parent's home.

Love it! Absolutely what we needed!

Compared to other products in the market, this is proper value for money. I have been using this product for about a year now so I can say many positive things about it. You get realtime alerts of door activity (rings, lurking, etc). Just be sure not to make the sensitivity distance too far or else dog walkers will annoy you with fake alerts every now and then (including nighttime too!). The VR mode in particular is very impressive and helpful when you want a 180 degree view of your entrance/facade. The only caution is to ensure that the doorbell remains well charged because when it runs out of juice, you get no bell rings, alarms or video feed. I could have hardwired it but I am rented property (the complications...), so I rely on charging the battery every few months (Type C cable). I dont subscribe to the cloud storage for videos (purely for economic reasons) but this may be something others may wish to consider if they want to store footage for longer periods, otherwise when the 32GB internal memory is full, new video feeds will overwrite old ones. Other than that, I can't see/say or observe anything negative or wrong with this beautiful device. In fact, I believe it is a very well crafted, durable and reliable video doorbell that is worth the price. Dont get carried away by "famous brands". Botslab is more than good enough.

Once, again Botslab is a excellent and economical substitute for ringer, It is efficient when it comes to recording and if you have to alert the person you are aware their on your property. Since I've had the product no one has been mysterious lingering or shaken my doorknob. Botslab is safety for me and my family.

Very pleased with this product. I charge it up 1x a month.
