Ordered my glasses 11/20, and just got an email today (12/10) that they’re being shipped now so it’s going to take another 3-5 days. Wish I ordered somewhere else that wouldn’t have taken almost a whole MONTH to get to me. I was only given this info after I emailed someone asking where my glasses were. Definitely will be ordering somewhere else next time

The glasses are as i ordered them, and the quality is very good, however, their delivery leaves a lot to be desired. I realize that the pandemic has created havoc with scheduled deliveries, but my glasses had broken, and i ordered and they acknowledged the order immediately and within a day or so say it was shipped om 11/20/2020 and that I should get them in 2 to 5 days. Well that wasnt the case, it was delayed almost daily and i did not wind up getting them until 12/4, that was at least 9 days later than their longest original prediction, they were apologetic about this but the issue was that i had to wait a long time for the glasses to get to me. I am amending this, i want to clarify that the company did all they could and the problem with the delivery head nothing to do with them, but rather to the vivid delivery issues the delivery companies are facing.

Glasses arrived way later than expected and the prescription was wrong and they were very cheeply made. Spent hard earned money on fast shipping which ended up being slower than standard shipping. Didn't receive my glasses until after I called and complained about the lateness of the order. Will not be ordering from GlassesShop.com again and would advise any who read this review to steer clear as well. In summary, it's a scam and should be reported to the proper authorities.

GlassesShop helped me every step of the way. I was confused, entered the wrong RX numbers. Customer service contacted me promptly and fixed my error. I will definitely order again!

I ordered the 5th of Oct. It was shipped on the 13th from China. And I received my parcel on the 17th of Nov. I was eyeing these frames for a long time. Celia SKU: FM1387 Color: Rose Gold. I ordered it with just the basic package which had 1.57 Mid-Index, Anti-Scratch Coating, Anti-Reflective Coating, UV Coating. I have a strong prescription but the lenses came with polished and shaved edges giving it the illusion that it's not thick. The quality is amazing. The frame is very sturdy and very comfortable. The frames are so beautiful!! Perfect 5/5.
