When I first looking to buy glasses I looked at a lot of different sites,trying on different style of frames. And I came across this website. I really like theses frames so I went ahead and ordered them copied my eye exam prescription and even called to let them know about the pd (mine is 60.5 and they didn’t have that option for where the pd is located on the form u fill out)so she tells me to put 61, and I did , waited 1month for me to get my glasses and lord be hold my glasses where wrong! I couldn’t see out of them. I called to see what I could do and she told me that she would send them a email to let them know and for me to resend my script to them again in case I fill the form wrong. It took 2weeks for them to refund my money back!had to resend my script to them 3 Time . Don’t by from here until u like to go through huddles to get what you want!

My first order with GlassesShop (GS) October 2020. I paid for expedited shipping (quoted as extra $29, it was $19) and received my glasses in 12 days. Good. My progressive lenses are ok. The frames ($30 Dempsey) are plastic across the eyes; I despair of their future. The temples are metal. I have several serious concerns with the GS webpages: (1) choosing a frame size was not clear at all. Very poor. (2) Customer Service was slow, and unhelpful. Total Fail. No individual checking of my order, only canned negative responses. (3) Tracking was a total pain because GS is not integrated with its delivery partner -UPS! So each time I wanted to check the status, I had to manually write down my tracking number and re-enter it in the UPS system. Awful. Total cost of $165, reduced by coupon code to $120 (for 1.61 progressive lenses, coatings ($10), $30 frames and expedited shipping ($20). Not great. Not horrible. B- Because the webpage was confusing I worried the entire 12 days that the wrong size was ordered. Customer Service could not help, would not help. So 12 days of avoidable worry, not avoided. Edit after GS response: To track, I used the "Order Tracking" link under "MyAccount", then "My orders". THIS IS THE ONLY TRACKING LINK ON "MY ORDER" PAGE. I verified this while writing. So again, we have more useless help from CS. Worse is the insulting suggestion that I should have done a better job - that I did not find the magic link (that is not there). What a pile of gaslighting excrement. After living with my glasses for one day, I think the lens quality or accuracy is subpar. Poor. Every glasses I have ever purchased has been better (this is not my first online glasses). Conclusion = go elsewhere. And please GS, no further response. Please respect this request.

Something is terribly wrong with the field of view. If I put them on and hold my head perfectly still they are good. The minute I move my head the objects I am looking at tilt like the leaning tower of pizza one way or the other. They are absolutely unusable. There is a Very small band of proper vision in the middle of the glasses if you hold your head perfectly still. I have been wearing these style of varifocal glasses for years and have never had this problem and don’t have it with my old glasses. I ordered the best lenses with all the coatings costing me $200.00 and they are totally unusable. I have sent 3 complaints to the company with absolutely no responce. These come from China as well, not to say they can't do good work in China, but these certainly are no good. Be wise, Buy Local!

Gotta be the best online glasses shop out there. Easy to put in your prescriptions and order. High quality glasses and frames for reasonable prices. Recommended.

I am totally happy with my order from GlassesShop. The price was wonderful and the glasses arrived quickly. Although adjustment instructions were included, my glasses fit perfectly. I have received lots of compliments on them and plan to use GlassesShop for my next pair of glasses.

I haven't tried any others online (this was the first), but I'm thankful that I did. The only hard part of ordering my prescription was FINDING my prescription. There was nothing hard about it online, there were clear directions, easy to find the glasses I wanted, and I was reassured in knowing I could return them for free (just in case). The prices DO NOT go up according to your perscription, but according to your specifications (trims, tints, etc). So if you're actually nearly blind like me and want to trim down to the lowest it can go, this is no surprise to us because we're used to it. But it was worth every dime because I love my new glasses! If you're like me, you've never worn glasses that you loved. All the cool lasses were onl offered to people with ok sight or thin lenses. GlassesShop had so many options that did not discriminate against my prescription like every other place I've been to. And I mean every other place... I highly recommend trying GlassesShop for yourself, and being bold. Whether you're just buying frames without perscriptions, or you need some to see on a day to day. You got this!

Hi: The glasses look great. I would say good quality but the progressive bifocal starts too low . That is ,I have to stare almost to the bottom of the lens to get the benefit For closeup reading.Therefore; I have put them aside in Favor of glasses made locally. However; when I notified GlasseShop ,they immediately stepped in to correct the problem at no cost to me. Not what I found with their lead competitor that I had used several times in the past. My overwhelming source in the future will be GLASSESSHOP
