The pictures online showed glasses with black on top and light blue on bottom, i used the “try on feature “ with a picture of my face and it looked like a normal meduim size glasses. The glasses I get in the mail are black and dark green and SO much bigger than shown in the photos. The “Try on” features had the glasses above my cheeckbones, but the actual glasses was well past my cheekbones. Very heavy very bog glasses. Customer service refuses to acknowledge their advertising error and I can’t trust that I will get what I see online. Color, shape and size needs to be accurately shown in the photos.

I recently purchased a pair of reading glasses from glassesshop.com and, due to a mistake on my part in the way I gave them my prescription, they sent me a pair of glasses with my distance prescription instead. I contacted them and told them what happened and they were extremely kind and sympathetic. They told me to keep the glasses that I had, send them my actual prescription, pay $5.95 shipping fees and they would merely send me a new pair of glasses! Can't ask for better service than that! AND, in addition, they are, by far, the VERY best quality of any glasses I have ordered on line and I have ordered from 3 other sites.

I had an issue come up with my order and a misunderstanding that glassrsshpp.com fully rectified to my satisfaction. I'd recommend them to anyone needing glasses at great prices.

Nowhere does it say that they ship from China; I only learned that from these reviews! It has been over three weeks, and I am still waiting for my glasses. Also, they checked and double-checked my prescription with me because they didn't believe that anyone's eyes were like that. It felt like they were making fun of my eyesight. All those back and forth emails calling me a liar wasted so much time. I wish I had gone with Zenni instead.

the lens are bad quality be warned

Good glasses, got two pairs for the price of a pair from any retail store. My only comment is that the extras (like blue light blocker) are advertised per lens, versus telling customers the price of something like blue light blocker for both lenses.

Truly quality workmanship on each pair of glasses made to the specification on the prescription. Order arrived much quicker than expected. I definitely recommend GlassesShop!
