Ordered a pair of glasses - one wasn't quite right for me, so had them replaced with another pair that I liked much better - good customer service!

I absolutely LOVE the quality of both of my frames I purchased. The lenses are so clear and frames are extremely comfortable. will be buying again!

I am very happy and satisfied with the deal I got. The customer service I got tops the service. The frame and lenses were perfect. Lenses were very clear. However, one drawback of ordering online is when there is a need for some adjustments, it is very difficult to just go to some optical store for it. Measurements had to be accurate and complete when you order. All those information are there in their website. If done properly, you have bought a good quality and reasonably priced eyeglasses. Am targeting to get a second pair soon.

Had issues with original order. I entered the wrong prescription but the replaced the glasses and only charged me shipping. They went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated.

I would have given a 5 star review but... The glasses and all I ordered was not wrapped in bubble wrap of any kind or even out on the packaging "fragile" when I received my order EVERYTHING was cracked and busted up. Luckily my glasses were fine...but this is half your guy's fault and half UPS fault...they will hear from me too. As far as the glasses I am very happy with them

The glasses I ordered was exactly the same as the posted picture. Fits me well and the prescription glass is also the right lens for my eyes. Affordable and saves me a lot of money compared to the glasses I bought from an optical shop which cost me more or less $500.
