The glasses look really cute. They are bigger than I thought because they showed up small in the pictures, but big was the size I was hoping for. They are good quality and I'd buy from here again.

I was super impressed at the quality of my new glasses especially for the price, the time it took for my glasses to get to me didn't take as long as I thought they would, took just as long as glasses from my optometrist. I would totally recommend to others

Flag #1: Aggressive website pop-ups and tracking (plz clear your cookies). Flag #2: Confirmation email (04.26) with no estimated date of delivery for just one pair of frames. Flag #3: Immediately called customer service to update a detail. Although there was a confirmation email after the call, there were no details about the exchange. Summary: This company has displayed a pattern of hiding behind technicalities. This was an eyeglasses frames purchase, so fulfilling a prescription would not apply. I have not yet received any other typical indications that this transaction is still going through (the product has shipped), so I will continue reporting back on this website. Appears I am waiting for frames in China. May not mind the delay if there was disclosure of the distance being overcome. I am glad I went through Amazon Pay so GlassesShop does not have my financial information; glad I used a throwaway email address and phone number; and I feel fortunate that I did not provide my prescription. Made myself less of an identity theft target for exploration.

They misrepresented one pair and sent the next pair with a completely wrong prescription. They lied about warranty and refuse to fix glasses or reimburse. Shame. The glasses are pretty, well-made and utterly useless. Waste of time and $150.

I recently bought two pairs of progressive lens glasses, one pair was fine. However, the second pair is unusable, the near vision doesn't work. I emailed the customer service given by the website, but never got a response. Update: checked all emails in inbox and spam filter. Nothing. Still getting ads from them though.

This was my first time ordering glasses online. I ordered three pair. I didn't like two out of the three(they were to big for my face:) I contacted customer service to return the two. I was planning on ordering two more pair. They said to keep the two pair that I didn't like and they would just give me credit for them. I was then able to order two more pairs. They were super helpful and the whole process was easy!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!
