I ordered 2 pair of glasses, and when they arrived one pair was too big, and both lenses were a little off. GlassesShop.com was easy to return, and I got a full refund. Excellent customer service!

This has been the worst experience. I have emailed this company several times requesting a refund. The glasses are not good quality, they got my order wrong sent 2 pairs of the same glasses. Still till today no response. I would never ever advise anyone to order from this company. The products they offer are very cheap and the customer service stinks. I f someone can help me get my money back please help. Again never order from Glasses shop it's a ripe off.

My prescription was incorrect but realized it was my error. GlassesShop gave me enough points to order new glasses. The quality is really good!
