I have been getting glasses at this company for years great products great prices I have bought so many because the prices are amazing that I now have glasses for any day or any outfit!

The frame and glasses costs me $220 and after one week of usge the paint color on the arm disappear and I diccovred the poor plastic material is used Beside they mentioned that they are located in USA While I got my frame from China I do not recommend at all

I (accidentally!) threw everything at GlassesShop. My Dr wrote the 1st Rx wrong. Then I wrote the incorrect correction. Then I sent the corrected Rx. Then the midline was incorrect. For those keeping count, this means GlassesShop remade my glasses FOUR times to make sure I am happy. Charging me only what was reasonable (ie: shipping in one instance) each time. Beyond satisfactory customer service. While the experience was difficult, GlassesShop never faltered in their commitment to get me the glasses I love.

I ordered 2 pairs (same frame, different colors) of prescription glasses using their BOGO at the time- it seems like they often have sales like this, so that's nice. Initially, I ordered 1 pair and then changed my mind and decided to use the BOGO for 2, so I emailed their customer service asking for them to cancel my order so I could make a new one, and they quickly got back with a refund the next morning. Really great service. After about a week and a half, I received an email that my order had shipped and then I think 2 days after that, they arrived, each pair wrapped in a nice, fairly large microfiber cloth and in a plastic glasses case. The prescription on both pairs of glasses are good, exactly like the glasses I already had which were purchased from a different online business. The glasses themselves look exactly as shown in the listing on their website. To be honest, they're a lot flimsier in person than I thought they would be and I'm a bit worried about them possibly breaking, but that's an issue I have with this particular frame, I'm not sure how the quality is for others. I'm glad that they were safe to try out, shipping was pretty reasonable, and I'm satisfied, but for the quality I received I don't really think the price was worth it compared to other online glasses shops. But if you find a frame design that you really like that isn't available on any of the other websites, like I did, they're a fine website to buy from.

I emailed because the reader part of my glasses was not positioned correctly on the lenses & asked for a return label so I could send them back & asked that they be remade correctly & I haven't heard anything back until this rating request so I don't recommend this site.
