Received glasses and are bent, contacted customer service the next day, was told I would get an email from GlassesShop but have not had any other contact with them … it’s been 6 days.

First of all I had trouble letting them know what my prescription was...I thought they would know what I need by reading my prescription. Secondly, they are quite slow at filling prescriptions and lastly I wanted springs in my glasses but didn't get them. The frames are actually a cheap piece of crap. Won't order from them again.

Horrible customer service. This company is a joke. They only have 1 customer service representative answering all their calls. The worst part is that the representative is not there to help you but to tell you how the issues with your order is not due to their lack of honesty and misinformation but yours "the customers" and they don't have supervisors available. They don't work on the weekends so don't expect your order to arrive on time even thought you pay extra for expediated service. I wouldn't advice anyone to order from this company.

I was very happy with the time by which the glasses were delivered. THe cost was quite reasonable. However, I purchased some accessories which were accompanied with my purchase. In future they should say what you are getting when you make a purchase.

My glasses came in wrong prescription and they replaced them for free with the correct prescription

The glasses were ok not expensive material you pay for what you get! I have a astigmatism and if they are not fitted just right you don't get a clear vision, and I am always adjusting them to see clear, So I thought I would try this just wish the right lens was adjusted right seems to only have a problem with that one. but otherwise there ok.

I broke my glasses on Thanksgiving and needed a new pair quickly. GlassesShop was quick and the glasses were cute and perfect. I will definitely use them again.
