I have called customer service several times the last two weeks to no avail. I have left messages as requested to no avail. These people are the worst so far to get answers. All I want is to return my purchased glasses because the tint isn't dark enough. I love my glasses but these people need to clean up their customer service. I do not know at this point if I will be making any more purchases.
