When my prescription changed I ordered new glasses from GlassesShop. They arrived exactly as I had ordered...but... I made a mistake when filling out the order. After notifying them of my problem, they remade my glasses and I couldn't be happier. They stand behind their guarantee.

These are by far the best glasses I’ve ever had. They were so clear, I had to made sure there were lenses in them. Not only clear and comfy, noticeable by all who look at me. Lots of compliments.I will always purchase my eyeglasses from here forever more.

Amazing service! My glasses are great quality, and came quite quickly, considering the time of year. One pair turned out to be a little large, so I approve an associate for an exchange, and that absolutely exceeded my expectations. Super pleased with this company.

Only 2 stars bc they did not begin processing my order for over 2 weeks bc they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. They claimed that they emailed me, but I didn't receive it and it didn't go to spam. My prescription was entered correctly so over 2 weeks wasted for nothing. Perhaps they should telephone instead......

I received my sunglasses this week that I had shipped at a quicker rate. The lenses were defective, with darker shadowed areas/spots along the outside edges near the rims. I paid a lot of money for these glasses. Very disappointed. I will be returning them for a credit to purchase a second pair of my prescription glasses.
