GlassesShopReviews of glassesshop.com

I got my orders in the mailbox and was so excited to use my new glasses! I picked the right pair and so glad I got the other pair for half off! Great price and super quick delivery! I look and feel good with them!!! I highly recommend just like my friend recommended this website to me! I immediately bought after 15 mins of learning this website. My glasses also came with boxes/containers so it’s a plus! I will buy more and recommend this to my friends and family!!

The frames I like they are lightweight. But the only problem is the up close part is so blurry can't see out of them

I have bought from them in the past but this last order was awful. I bought two pairs. One is fine, the other had a bent frame and I did live chat to ask how to get a different pair. The chat agent gave me a video on how to bend it back. It didn’t work. Then they said they would send another frame and gave a video on how to pop my lenses from the old to the new frame. I told them they just need to do their job and send another one that is checked by their quality control team (probably don’t have one) to be sure it isn’t bent. Agent said they would send a new pair. Just received them today. They are bent worse than the first pair. Ridiculous. Poor quality and no quality control. Done with them. They took a good thing and then cheaped-out

love the selection, prices, and customization options. I am currently extremely broke, so I was only able to afford one pair of glasses, but that's more my fault than theirs, the prices are great

Very great customer service. I had a couple issues with my order and they were very quick to help me out. I love GlassesShop

I have a very strong prescription over minus 10. Is very difficult for me to find a small enough frame, and also 1.74 index. Glasses shop had both for me. At first I was having difficulty with my left eye with these glasses, but I took them to my optometrist and it turned out that my nose piece needed to be adjusted just a little bit. They are perfect I'm very grateful for the accurate making of my unusual prescription and for them carrying a small enough frame for me.

Second time ordering from this store. Very happy with our purchase. The glasses are even better than the pictures. We'll order again for our kid and us in the future. We recommend to everyone who would like stylish and cheap glasses

lenses are perfect and the frame is stylish
