GlassesShopReviews of glassesshop.com

Super fast shipping, easy ordering, all the options I needed in my prescription sunglasses order (polarized, color options, etc) and the appearance & quality of the glasses exceeded expectations. They’re as good or better than glasses I have spent far more on.

This was my first experience ordering eyeglasses online. The hardest part was selecting a frame because Glassesshop.com has so many to pick from at very reasonable prices. Just send them your prescription and choice of frames and they take care of the rest. Quality materials and fast shipping are two more reasons to buy eyeglasses here.

My glasses arrived sooner than expected. The frames and lenses were nice. For some reason, the lenses in these glasses appear to be much clearer than the ones I purchased from Zenni optical. I'm not sure if it's a difference in the coating or something but I love the clarity that I have in my new glasses from the glassesshop.com. This was my first purchase but it will not be my last.

The ordering process was simple. The delivery was prompt , the glasses were great , good quality frames , can't go wrong here .

I use this site every year and receive the same great service and quality work every time.

Good value and product. Poor communication about order status and shipping.

So far not a good experience. My glasses are wrong script however I love the frames. Called, emailed and live chat. Live chat is the only response I’ve gotten so far. Started out great. They will make a new pair if glasses fit 5.59. Ok. I asked about sending the old ones back. They said no. When I asked to wave my shipping due to I didn’t get free shipping the first time they sent a long email saying I had to pay 29.95 fir shipping and to send the other pair back with a tracking number. This is costing more then what was told originally. If I decided to get a refund, they are taking 29.95 in shipping away. There’s no shipping fee but I paid 19.00 for them to ship it to me! All I want is a new pair with the correct script at 5.95. Then I will be done Update. Glassshop.com did reach out. They have refunded my shipping that cost 5.95. Lots of confusion due to not everyone is on the same page. Hopefully the glasses will be correct and not have to wait a month for them.

Got both my new progressives and my progressive sunglasses much faster than i expected. They were absolutely perfect and a better fit than i had even hoped for. Very pleased with choosing to order new prescription glasses through Glassesshop.com. I will defintely use them again when I need new glasses or if my prescription changes.
