Love my glasses and the price! Got my glasses in a week. Will shop again.

I did the 5 pair try on thing. It was fast and easy. 20 dollar deposit was applied back to my card in a timely manner. I placed my order. And had my new glasses within 2 weeks. Very satisfied with the quality of frames and lenses too. Price was fair. Way cheaper than actual vision stores. Love them I will shop with Glasseshop for future eyeware. Overall they were on point.

Love my new glasses, wish they had an option to send in frames to do lenses. Great customer service and fast responses.

Arm completely broke off within a week of having them, had to wait a month of shipping unable to see for them and it wasn't even the first time and now it's happened again. three pairs of glasses have broken now.

I recently purchased 3 pairs of glasses and couldn't be happier. I took a selfie then was able to virtually try my selections. I had my new glasses within 2 weeks and love them. With the instructions that were included with my glasses, it was very easy to adjust them to fit perfect. I have gotten so many compliments on my new glasses that I placed a second order for sunglasses.

I received a great pair of bifocal glasses at a good price. This is a great option if you since bifocals are very expensive.

I received an e-mail from the company saying 40% off ALL frames. When I placed my order it did not give me the 40% off. I spoke to customer service and they just said oh the email is wrong we never give 40% off all frames, just certain ones. I never would have placed my order had I known the e-mail was not true. A company should stand by something they put in print. Won't purchase from them again. Update: After seeing my review the company did issue me a 40% refund. But it took them seeing this review to do it. I was also supposed to get free shipping and never got that. But it is sad that I contacted them twice with no action and they only did something after seeing my 1 star review.
