I love glassesshop.com. I have placed multiple orders for several family members. The glasses always come surprisingly fast, they have always been top quality, and the prices ( especially with discount codes) cannot be beat.

My prescription on progressives is right on! I went to their chat before I ordered and they were very helpful.

Customer service - I’ve never ordered glasses like this. There was an issue with my glasses and within a couple emails a new pair were being made and shipped to me. I don’t know if it’s my fault or not but they made it right. They’ve got my business in the future!

From the very first time I put them on, without making any adjustment, I could hardly tell they were on my face.you guys are the best. Thanks for being so patient with me

The glasses are amazing! But having them sit for over a week in China, then going to Japan before coming to the US and going all over the place in the US before finally getting to me in Maine is a bit ridiculous!

I was searching everywhere for a reasonably priced pair of lined bifocals. I happened upon glassesshop.com and do not regret it. The pair I ordered came quickly and needed adjustment, so I messaged glassesshop.com and they top me how to get the measurements they needed and would remake the glasses for free. I did not even have such great customer service from an in person vision center. I would recommend them to anyone looking for glasses.

I made a mistake on the lens type (single vs progressive) on my order. Which I didn't realize until after I received my glasses. GlassesShop offered me a refund, in the form of on-line points, for aprox what I paid for the first pair, so I could re-order a new pair...and they let me keep the first pair. Only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is the frames aren't as sturdy as I like, but for the price I'm happy! Thank You 🤓
