Excellent shipping time, fantastic customer service, and stylish, high-quality glasses. I've ordered from GlassesShop several times now and have been delighted each time. My most recent experience saw me needing to exchange for a different frame, as the one I ordered did not fit my face properly. They offered a one-time courtesy allowing me to keep the frames, and immediately processed a new order with a different frame. I only had to pay shipping on the new frame! This kept me from needing to ship the other frames back, saving me the return shipping costs and the time of going to the post office. I'll continue to order from GlassesShop!

I first discovered the GlassesShop through an Instagram ad and decided I would give them a try. The website was easy to navigate through and I loved that you could favorite glasses and then compare them through virtual try-on feature, which made shopping for glasses a breeze. I sit between a small and medium size, and the GlassesShop had exactly the measurements I needed. There was a great variety of glasses and the sales (especially for new customers) were great! The shipping time was rather fast, considering I ordered my glasses around a holiday. When they arrived they were wrapped up in a thick cleaning cloth, encased in a durable plastic case, so no damage to them. I tried them on and they fit PERFECTLY! I love my glasses!

I bought a second pair I loved the first so much, and it didn't fit correctly and the customer service was fast and so helpful, they resolved the issue in seconds! Highly recommend this company

This was my 2nd pair of glasses. First pair of prescription were for reading. Very satisfied, so I ordered sun glass prescription! Beautiful glasses. My fault that I ordered just slightly large regarding the glasses but fit perfect.
