What an amazing company. We have been buying our glasses online from them and never had any issues. There was one time when the glasses I picked turned out to be too big for my progressive needs. The reading part just didn’t work. With no questions asked, Glasseshop.com immediately permitted me to pick a different pair of glasses that worked for me. All I had to do was pay the difference in price, if any, and pay A very small shipping charge. Last month we ordered 7 pairs of progressive glasses both for myself and my husband. My sunglasses were not to my satisfaction and they immediately replaced them. I absolutely love my new “Geraldine” sunglasses. It was worth the wait. I have received so many compliments on these glasses and have been referring many friends, and even strangers to your website. I have been trying to convince them to stop paying so much money at brick and mortar eye glasses stores. Excellent service. Have been buying for 10 yrs and will continue to do so. Just wish they carried as big a choice as USglasses. Thank you.
