Glasses broke after they were used for a couple of weeks, glassshop refused to repair or replace since it was passed the 30 days. Updade (8/7/2023) After submitting my initial low rating and my review, glassesshop reached out to me trying to buy their way into a better review which makes me question their positive reviews and 5 star ratings!!! "Concerning your case, as a one-time courtesy, we could refund the cost of the frame to you and only charge for the shipping fee. If you confirm, please let us know and also, please help us to withdraw/update your review if possible. Your understanding and cooperation will be appreciated. Any further questions, please feel free to contact us. Regards, GSRD Glassesshop.com"

I am a Canadian shopper with a us post office box. I have ordered online glasses before and had no hesitation to order from a US company. The cost for me even with exchange, is half the price. Glasses are exactly what I expected!

I liked the money saved compared to getting glasses at the eyeglass store however it’s such a hassle to have to return and deal with glasses not fitting quite right. And the shipping takes quite a while.

I love these glasses. Great fit, accurate progressive prescription, Fast Service, great price and value. I was hesitant to buy glasses online, but these are terrific. I was so impressed with my first order, that I got two more pair. I get a lot of compliments.
