Label prescriptions
I ordered 4 pairs of glasses for my kiddos. They like similar styles. It would be helpful if the glasses had a piece of paper with them that stated which prescription each was.

No glasses. No good news. Unfortunately there was a misdelivery
Unfortunately there was a misdelivery. I've never received the glasses although states delivered almost 1 week ago. I contacted the company first. They just stated it shows delivered. They are doing nothing to help. I filed a claim with the usps. So I can't say the glasses fit. I can't say the prescription is correct. I can't say I'm say satisfied or that I will order again.

Thank you for your review. We're sorry to hear that you still did not receive your order yet. According to the USPS tracking# on your order, your package should have been delivered on 2023-09-16. We would advise you to recheck with your local post office. They should be able to look into this issue for you if you contact them directly. It would also be worth checking with your neighbors and in any safe places a parcel might be left, in case it was delivered whilst you weren't around. If you really can not find your order, we will remake a new pair of glasses for you at no additional charge or process a full refund to you. One of our agents will reach out to you promptly via email or call. Please recheck your inbox and feedback to us as soon as possible so we could resolve the issue for you. We appreciate your support on this matter.

Fast, easy exchanges
I recently purchased some sun glasses that I did not like the frames. I had no problems at all and easily exchanged for another pair. I am completely satisfied with my shopping experience with Glassesshop. Would highly recommend!
