These guys are a little bit more expensive than the other glasses online stores but definitely worth the money. My first pair of glasses didn’t work for me and they were able to get me together with a whole new pair! Thanks glasses shop!

Simply the best customer service I have received. It is always a concern when orderding something so individual. But their speed of response and their handling of issues makes it so easy, even when I had to re-order through my error in entering my prescription. I have a number of pairs of prescription glasses and sunglasses from them and the oldest one is still going strong at nearly 2 years.

DECEPTIVE ADVERTISING> YOU SAY 30 DAY RETURN Exchange- you scoundrels. You exchange. But you only return 50%! I'll discourage everybody from buying from you bums and I'm reporting you to the BBB and tanking you on Yelp and Google

Thank you for your review. We sincerely apologize that we did not bring you a pleasant shopping experience with us. However, we want to clarify that the eyeglasses are customized products to your prescription, which can not be reused or resold once returned. Therefore we will only provide a 50% refund of your glasses excluding shipping fee if there's no manufacturer error on your glasses, which has been stated on our site in our return policy. Concenring your case, one of our agents will reach out to you promptly through email or call and help resolve the issue for you. Hope for your understanding on this matter.

At first I wonder if this site was real. Only because it poped up out of no where. I gave it a try and 2/3weeks later my glasses were here v and I love them. Thank you I have referred my family and friends already .. once I told them how many pairs of glasses I have for the price definitely will be getting more .

The glasses fit nicely no slipping off when I bend down, and fairly lightweight. I got a second pair in a nude pink to go along with my clear ones.

I ordered 2 very nice pairs of glasses from glassesshop as this is my first experience ordering glasses online. The glasses arrived quite quickly and were beautiful, packaged nicely etc. However I put them on and I can't see through the top portion of the bifocal lens it is extremely blurry and can see better without. I was so upset as I love the frames and they are so nice, no issues with the bifocal portion. I reached out asking for a refund and they wanted a picture of the prescription which I sent. I also described the issue. I verified that the information on the prescription was what I had sent to them. Now their reply is I can return the glasses, on my dime and if they receive them back they will process a 50% refund. So, I will be out the glasses, I have to pay for my return shipping and they refund me 50% of what I paid LESS the shipping cost. This does not sound to me like a satisfaction guaranteed. It sounds like a way to take your money. What if the mistake was something they did to the lens? I am so upset with the way I feel for this gimmick and hopefully people read my review and see that the satisfaction guaranteed promise does not mean you will receive your money back if not satisfied, you will be out money and glasses. So basically IT COST ME over $40 just to see these glasses...and now I have no glasses and am in the hole.
