Paying for glasses that don't work…
Paying for glasses that don't work properly, then getting a run around about exchanging them for a pair that works. They fixed it in the end, but honestly how many hours do you want to be on the phone or chat?

Easy Exchange
When I received my glasses they were too big, and the exchange process was super easy and glasses shop turned the new product around in record time. I have ordered several pair of glasses and will order again in the future.

This is "the" company for all my family's eyeglasses needs.
This eyeglasses company has great products, excelent quality, rapid service, and a very easy to use website. My family has purchased four pairs now and all of these look fantastic, fit well, and were a very reasonable low price.

The fit was great
The fit was great! The blue light tint really helps with the computer screen. I am really glad I chose to order online.

My order was marked as delivered
My order was marked as delivered, however I never received it. When I brought this to the attention of glasses shop, they were completely unhelpful. I still have no glasses, and glasses shop has yet to offer a refund or replacement. Incredible lack of customer care. Order at own risk

But according the USPS tracking# 92001903407718540140106224 on your order, your package has been delivered at the front door or porch at 3:32 pm on September 28, 2023 in TULSA, OK 74105. We ask that you please recheck with your local post office. They should be able to look into this issue for you if you contact them directly. It would also be worth checking with your neighbors and in any safe places a parcel might be left, in case it was delivered whilst you weren't around. If you really can not find your order, we will remake a new pair of glasses for you at no additional charge or process a full refund to you. We appreciate your cooperation on this matter.
