Customer service has been great. I ordered two pairs of sunglasses and I put my prescription in wrong. The glasses were all blurry. They helped my get the right script in and sent me replacements at no charge other then $5.96 for shipping. Will buy again.

I have bought 3 pairs of glasses here. The quality of the glasses for the price is unbeatable. They are as good as the ones purchased from my eye doctor's shop. The frames are good, but being unable to try them on in person really kind of makes it difficult to confident in you selection. The tint on the sunglasses is good as it is not too dark while not being to light at the same time. Next time i need a backup set of glasses or a pair of sunglasses i will get them here. It seems like they take a while to arrive but I think that is the standard on eyeglasses.

I am very happy with the frames and the progressive lenses I purchased. The frames fit perfectly and it has not been difficult to get used to my new progressives. And, even better, they didn't cost an arm and a leg. My puppy chewed my old (barely a year old) glasses and I didn't have my insurance to cover another pair of expensive glasses.

They are sending me replacement frames. One of the arms just snapped off completely looks like a defect in the material.
