Perfect fit no adjustments needed

I come here for the value. I usually can find something that suits me for a good price. I appreciate the coupons too! I need to pinch pennies where I can. I wish shipping was faster, but for the price, I accept that it's generally about a 2 week wait. The lenses are great. I do wish that the frames could be adjusted a little, they feel like they need to be tightened, but I'm learning to do that for myself.

Never again I ordered a pair of readers. After receiving them, I didn't like the frame color. I attempted to get a refund. I was told that I would only receive 50% of what I paid for the glasses! They also offered me to place another order, pay the difference with the original glasses and a replacement pair, plus a $6 shipping fee. All I wanted was my money back and place an order with another company all together. I didn't want to spend too much money, so I gave in to their policy and ordered another pair of glasses. They allowed me to keep the glasses that I didn't want. I got a raw deal. I won't order from this company again. This place is based out of Texas. I've received questionable service from another company, who was also from TX. Considering the bizarre political happenings in this state, it is no wonder that I got a bad deal.

Arrived pretty quickly, around ten days for line bifocals. Frames are definitely "you get what you pay for," but as cheap as they were, that's not a major complaint. Would advise being gentle with products from this retailer, definitely not suited for stress...after a week of only wearing them outside of work, I already am worried they are on the clock.

Hi, well I never said buy glasses online, I was wrong. I regret was my choice for frame. I thought it not that big, so big. I the lens are perfect. I can get another pair. The lens and presciption are perfect. So frame was quality if only big. I highly recomment it. The Burke was my choice, BIG!
