Though the prescription for my original pair of glasses was wrong - totally the fault of my eye doctor - y’all (GlassesShop) allowed me to keep those first pair while you filled the new order (correct prescription) of glasses. It’s customer service like that that earns repeat customers and referrals!

I have ordered my glasses from GlassesShop for the last several years and they are great. I have never had a problem with them and when I did on my first order they replaced them free. I will always order from this company. Love them and their prices.

I ordered 5 pair of glasses and LOVE every pair! When I received them my script from the eye doctor was incorrect. I contacted Glassesshop.com and they quickly responded and remedied the problem for me once I got my script corrected. I have gotten tons of compliments on my new specs!

I was skeptical about ordering online, but I'm impressed! They are pretty, l like how they look on me and they came fast! I will never go back to America's Best or Lens Crafters ever again this is the best thing I've ever discovered. I love the variety and the timing for shipping doesnt take long at all. This is my fourth order and I will continue to orde more!!

Ordering online was a breeze. I got my glasses within two weeks. I love my glasses. But I cannot read with them. I have contacted by phone five times, left messages, never got a call back. I have sat on hold for 15 minutes each time and then put into voicemail. The auto bot is useless. I didn’t have the order number so I couldn’t get any help from the auto bot. I finally learned that you can request the order number. It was very hard to get to that point. I have requested the order number twice and they say they will email it to you within 24 to 48 hours never got it. Mind you, I have never been able to speak to a real person. If I do not receive a response as a result of this review within 3 to 5 days, I will report the charge as disputed against my credit card.

At first I thought the lenses were too "red" and not brown and I have extreme light sensitivity. I decided to try them and they were actually great. Not too dark, but a subtle "shade" for the sun. I've been wearing dark brown for years so it was nice to see the beach in a different color. The frames are really beautiful and stylish too. Oh and the price!? 5 stars on the price as well
