Fast service, so many frame choices!!

I specifically choose GlassesShop for the frames and magnetic sunglasses. They FAIL to notify customer that you CAN NOT purchase replacement magnetic sunglass. They FAIL to advice that the magnetic sunglass will Blow off in winds. Now i have to purchase a complete set of blank frames just for the sunglass

The entire process was easy peasy! Just entered my Rx and then used the sites search to find pairs I liked. The search capabilities had many options to narrow things down, like styles and colors. There is also a very large variety. But most of all the BOGO deal can't be beat! I've had my 2 new pairs over a week now and I am completely satisfied with their quality, accuracy, and fit. Will 100% be a return customer!!

I had a very good, but not quite excellent experience. I like the Bridgeport frames and sunglass topper, although a lighter plastic than expected (mostly a pro being so light to wear and con if they don't last as long). The glasses were an excellent price and arrived in under 2 weeks. I see pretty well with the glasses. But I am not sure that the progressive lens design is right for me. It could be that my eyes are changing, the frame lens is too deep/high so my eyes look out the wrong area, or I am just need to adjust the tilt of my head more. Maybe an optician would have advised more care in selection for me? I'm keeping them because I don't have time to exchange them. Overall I'm satisfied for the price. 10/2/24 Update: The company contacted me and suggested a resolution. I have my new pair of glasses and I am completely satisfied. Thank you for the positive customer service experience.

This is probably the fifth pair of glasses I have ordered from the GlassesShop. I love that they have such a selection of frames along with the discounted price.
