I received exactly what I requested. The glasses are beautiful, except for the bifocal line. My hope is that one day you will offer a no line bifocal that is not a progressive lens. Love that my glasses are lightweight, shiny, trendy. And, I can see through them! Thanks very much.

I love my glasses! They were easy to find because I used the filter to find cats eye frames then picked my favorite in my size. They arrived faster than expected and due to credits I hadn't realized I had, they were cheaper than expected too.

Glasses are exactly as pictured. They feel great and are exactly right prescription-wise.

I took 2-weeks to “verify” my prescription, 2-weeks to get my glasses. I receive them, and I can’t even see out of them. I’ve been trying to live chat for over a week, nobody actually responds and it says at the top of the screen “usually replies in few hours”. Nobody has replied. I call today, on hold for 20-minutes and no one answers; it goes to voicemail?!. I call again, nobody answers. I call a third time, and the lady barely speaks English, which is fine except, you literally can’t understand her. I explain I’d like a refund for glasses that I can’t and haven’t worn because I can’t see out of them, and she immediately tells me that she can only make me a new pair. I said I wanted a refund because I cannot go without glasses. Now I would’ve gotten the refund and purchase 2 more pairs, but then she quickly said, “I can only give you half of your money.”, not today, Satan. You took my money immediately, I had to wait 2-weeks to hear a reply on whether or not they were gonna make them, and I have glasses that I can’t see out of — why the hell would I accept half of my money or a new pair from you but you keep my money?! No. I have glasses in my possession that I literally cannot wear, and money out of my account that I’m not getting back?! I don’t think so. She was also requiring that I send her an email of “results” from the eye place that I took the glasses to to make sure I wasn’t trippin’ on the lenses, which I wasn’t — didn’t take a genius or rocket scientist to figure out the lenses weren’t for me; I can’t see out of them, that’s how I know. She wanted proof of a “verbal” conversation?! That’s not a thing and you need to stop scamming people — especially with your cheaply made frames. Then she tells me manger said this, manager said that “ok, I made a “special” refund for you so you can get a full refund back”. Is this a joke?! That literally told me, that your policy is some schtick you guys have that: irregardless of how the product was impaired by them, they’ll only return half of your money. That in itself, is a scam. I’ve also not received the email like she said, I’ve received no confirmation of anything she mentioned. If I don’t get glasses?!, I don’t leave my bed — BECAUSE I CAN’T SEE. I’m not sure where the misunderstanding is. To have to wait a month for glasses and not be able to do anything, is pathetic. If I had a backup pair, I wouldn’t needed to order from you. This is wild. You can do what you want with this information, I don’t think I need to tell you how to improve, especially your customer service, where she hung up on me and was extremely unprofessional…

It was easy to navigate the website. There are so many options at very affordable prices even for upgraded lenses. The glasses arrived fast and well. They are sturdy and of great quality.
