Generally good experience, order tracking could be improved. I had to email customer service to find out if it had been sent out because there was no order tracking shown. My second pair of glasses weren't quite what I expected from the virtual try on but I will continue to purchase from the site

I've ordered several pairs of glasses from glassesshop.com and I love them all! They have good quality cheap frames, the ones I'm wearing now have lasted me over 2 years and are still looking good. I like to get different styles when they have good sales, the sunglasses are also awesome. Definitely recommend.

Glasses Shop is the only place I order glasses from anymore. I've been using them for 6 years now! I love their frame selections and the option to try on glasses virtually. I am able to get my son prescription glasses AND sunglasses, and I don't worry if he looses them because they are so affordable. I refer everyone I know to this website! I appreciate that they keep the same frames in stock for a long time because I am able to reorder frames I love if I need to replace them, and I can order them in multiple colors to alternate with outfits. 😎 Shipping takes a while, but that doesn't bother me. Order subscription sunglasses. the subscription was good, but there was no shade to them. would only offer 1/2 refund

It took several deep dives to find the right frame, but it was worth it. They fit perfectly with only minor adjustments. I tried to use a few other online optical shops and wasn't satisfied. It's a pleasure to do business with GlassesShop!
