Everything went well. My glasses arrived in excellent condition and I am very pleased!

Edit: So it turned out that this company is a scam. They'll promise you anything you want to hear to make the problem go away, but nothing they said would b executed. I initially called to let them know that I really need the new glasses because I broke mine. The manager, Jay, told me they'll ship out one of the two pairs first (Promise 1) as it seems like it'll finish first. A few days later, I called to follow up. The second person, Ray, told me I will receive both pairs in 7 days (Promise 2). Five days later, I reached back to follow up. The third person, Samantha, told me they are still waiting on the lens. After some argument, it became apparent that they'd been sitting on the first pair that finished first. So I offered to pay for overnight shipment because I'm desperate for my glasses. She said she's upgraded my shipment (Promise 3), and left the Live Chat. Another girl took over the Live Chat. It turned out that they don't have the option to change the shipment. So I called the help desk. It turned out that Samantha told me she's upgraded my shipment so she could go home (they were closing). This company is a complete nightmare. Lies after lies. None of the promises was executed. They have no regard to people at all. If you are considering buying anything from them, don't waste your time. Original: Great customer service. Very accommodating even when supplier is on back order. Jay is professional and great with his customer service.

Ordering was easy and selection was good. lets see how the service is once I get them.

Genuine glasses good quality... Exactly what I ordered... Only negative is that I was unable to get a hold of any one on the phone to check the status of my order, but overall very satisfied with my order.

I placed an order on Dec 27th and it is January 21 and while they emailed me that the order was shipped and they provided a tracking number but never actually ship the product. At this point I have started a chargeback since they do not answer the phone or return phone calls left on their answering machine. I should have known better and read these reviews. They have a live chat that resolves nothing. It is just one excuse after another.

Placed an order, only to find out that the style of glasses listed on the site was not available. Found out a couple of weeks after the order was placed, and took about another week to cancel the order. The style was never removed from the website throughout the whole process.
