NO Customer Service
NO Customer Service! Before I had entered all my information and clicked "confirm" or "authorize", my order appeared to process. I called LiveChat immediately and questioned if the order was actually entered. I was told that I was not in the system (even though I had established an account before ordering) and there was no record of my order. I was told that it appeared that my order DID NOT process. I took that as a sign that the website was sketchy and ordered the same frames from another vendor (cheaper). Three weeks later, I received the frames from GlassesPro along with a charge to my credit card. I attempted to call Customer Svc several times but only got a recording followed by disconnection. I have emailed requesting a return and refund, but received no response. My bank will not dispute because I entered my credit card info (even though I never finalized the transaction) and I received the merchandise. Problem is I don't want or need 2 pairs of the exact same frame.

The lenses have a yellow tint!
Delivery was incredibly slow - only a couple days short of four weeks! The lenses came with some kind of anti-reflective coating that is yellow (amber). My daughter hates them and refuses to wear them! The sunglasses are polarized so anything with a screen, such as an iPhone, the screen on the car radio/nav, the screen on Alexa, the screen on Google Home, and her laptop all have some kind of pixelated hatching patterns. She hates them as well and doesn't wear them either. We will NOT be buying any more glasses from here.

Hi Tom, We are sorry to hear about your disappointment. The yellow hue you are mentioning is called a residual AR hue and this matter can be easily looked up online. It is the laws of physics that make that phenomenon happen, it can be gold or green and in some cases blue as well depending on the material that the lens was built with. Regarding the polarized sunglasses and their issues with digital screens, we are sorry that you did not know about this prior to your purchase. It is widely known that polarized lenses do not let the user see their digital screens clearly and this phenomenon also occurs based on the laws of physics! We wish that you had given us a call prior to your purchase so we could have fixed this. It is no too late to solve this problem still and that is good news. I had lost my magnetic sunglasses and…
I had lost my magnetic sunglasses and had ordered replacements. I then found them and immediately contacted GlassesPros and they cancelled My order and I received my refund in a timely manner.
