Final review after ordering and returning

This is my final review of the company, after placing an order and getting the frames. All of that went very well - online chat was great, and I received my frames in a timely manner. I did love the frames, but they just didn't look good on me, so I ended up returning them. My only complaint at this point is that I did not realize that I would have to return the frames to Canada. The order site lists a US address. The cost to mail to Canada was pretty high - over $20 dollars. Had I known that, I might have considered ordering from a different site. I am hoping that I won't get charged extra fees or restocking charges too - that would make this an expensive venture.

We are a small, family-owned company and don't have a lot of middlemen in the process which helps us in keeping our costs low. That's how we let our customers save a ton of money while shopping for their glasses or sunglasses on our website. Unfortunately, there are a few trade-offs that come with such low prices and free shipping. The returns are processed at our offices in Canada and thus, lead to return costs a bit higher than usual. Most of the time, the customers don't have to return their items to us and tend to save a huge amount. For your return, however, you won't be charged any restocking fee or service fee as long as you returned them with an RMA within 5 days of receiving them. We know we are on the right path and we will get there one day when we are able to absorb the return costs for our customers as well.
