I lost my fav glasses!!
I lost my fav glasses!!! Have been searching for almost a year! They were supposedly discontinued! But thanks to GLASSPROS I found them!! You guys have made my day, my year!! Thanks so much! You have a lifetime client!! They really are PROS!!!🤣

Although we try to get the frames for customers as soon as possible, there are still some hiccups like frames being on backorder or getting completely discontinued that stop us from getting them. Since you were told by someone that the frames are discontinued, there is a slight chance that it may be true. We carry over 170,000 frames and it is practically impossible for online retailers to keep a track of each frame. We never get a notification from the manufacturers unless we actually place an order with them. That said, we will try every possible way to get your frames to you. If in case the frame is really discontinued, a notification will be sent to you regarding other options and if you don't like any of those, your amount will be refunded to the same payment method that was used to place the order. Again, we appreciate your kind words and hope to get your frames to you at the earliest. Thanks for choosing glassespros.com!

shipping time????
good selection, easy to find what i wanted. NO ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIME. This always bothers me... hopefully I'll get the glasses this month.

The good and the Bad
The good news is that the frames ordered (without lenses) were the correct frames and shipped timely. I also ordered 2 additional magnetic clipons. One of these, the magnets are reversed, and will not stay on the front of the glasses. The bad news is that their return policy is YOU MUST CONTACT THEM WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT FOR A RETURN RMA... If you are outside of that time frame, regardless of what the issue is... They are not interested in correcting it. There is nothing wrong with the clipon except that the magnets were installed incorrectly. I am now stuck with an unusable clip on. I am ok with the policy when you are dealing with glasses with a prescription lens. But for a factory defect, this is unacceptable. Will not use them in the future.
