I had to wait longer than expected for my order, but it was worth the wait and when I contacted GlassesEtc I got a quick reply. When I compared the Gucci sunshades I got from GlassesEtc to the ones I ordered on eBay that are guaranteed to be authentic, I’m pretty sure the eBay order was a very expensive knockoff. Live in learn. Yes, I paid more on GlassesEtc, but I feel I got what I paid for.

I placed my order on 12/18/21 and paid extra for expedited shipping to have them shipped within 2-3 days. It more than a month and half for my order to arrive. There was no communication about the delay until I emailed them to request an update on shipping dates. The replies I got back provided very little info outside of they're working to get them shipped ASAP.

Glasses have visible stain on bridge of glasses. No discount was offered on defective glasses when I brought it or their attention. Quite Poor customer service. All was offered after I emailed pictures and complaint was 15 percent off next purchase which is the current site promotion going on.

I placed my order a week ago. I have received notification that my order shipped, but tracking says the post office is still waiting for it. No reply from the company.

I was sent the wrong frame size and contacted customer service right away. They told me they would send a return label right away for me to return it and get the correct size that I ordered. It’s been a week and I haven’t gotten the label. I’ve sent two more emails with no reply and I have left to voice messages. I know mistakes happen. But now I’m getting no response and I am not happy about that.
