Took a while to get the glasses to me - 3 weeks but they were exactly as expected, but for about half the price as I saw the major department stores!

I would never order from this site again. Horrible experience. I ordered sunglasses and added express shipping to ensure I would have them for an upcoming trip. The site never indicated that they weren’t available for immediate shipping. They allow you to place an order and then they have to order it. Very deceptive practice. They use the pandemic as the reason for delays. You cannot get in touch with anyone and even though you leave voicemail they are never returned. I also sent emails for assistance. It took days for a response and they offered no help. I tried to cancel the order and received the runaround. After going back and forth for a few weeks I was told they would issue a refund. Later that day I received an email with tracking information. They finally shipped the item via USPS mail. Not even the express shipping that I paid for. Please beware!!

-I was over charged shipping without explanation (significant costs) -My order was suddenly cancelled without explanation - After some weeks, I received notice do cation my glasses were shipped. Two days later, my order was cancelled. - The money for the glasses were reimbursed but not shipping without explanation I wrote a number of emails asking to understand why they kept the money for shipping but was told it’s in line with their policy. I asked to see the policy and no response was given. - I asked if I could purchase another pair of glasses to have the shipping fee transferred onto that purchase. No response. - shocking customer service - At worst glasses etc is dodgy, at best there is no customer service. I am out of pocket simply by trusting this website.

Wonderful frame and lenses. Light and thin. I wear it every day now. High quality craftsmanship.

I ordered a pair of glasses in October and I still have not received them

The glasses themselves are beautiful. They were packaged and shipped securely and presentable which is also a bonus. However, no where on this website did it indicate that they do not hold inventory. I ordered under the impression I would receive my items within the 14 days mentioned on their site. Even so, 14 days is long for the items as they were not prescription. After a month had went by, I emailed customer service only to be met with “delayed inventory due to COVID” I asked when my items would ship, or even an estimate and wasn’t given one. I responded back with an email reminding them that this policy is not indicated on their website and I would like a refund. I didn’t receive a secondary response. I ordered these sunglasses the week of thanksgiving & they are arrived to me the second week in January. Be very aware of this when ordering.
