It took two months to receive my frames. When I requested a refund I was offered a different frame or 10% back, when I declined both and asked again for a refund I was ignored.

Glasses are awesome. But I waited a whole month before I received my order. Only cuz I had emailed them on the status of the order.

Shipping is trash

The glasses themselves are beautiful. They were packaged and shipped securely and presentable which is also a bonus. However, no where on this website did it indicate that they do not hold inventory. I ordered under the impression I would receive my items within the 14 days mentioned on their site. Even so, 14 days is long for the items as they were not prescription. After a month had went by, I emailed customer service only to be met with “delayed inventory due to COVID” I asked when my items would ship, or even an estimate and wasn’t given one. I responded back with an email reminding them that this policy is not indicated on their website and I would like a refund. I didn’t receive a secondary response. I ordered these sunglasses the week of thanksgiving & they are arrived to me the second week in January. Be very aware of this when ordering.

Glasses have visible stain on bridge of glasses. No discount was offered on defective glasses when I brought it or their attention. Quite Poor customer service. All was offered after I emailed pictures and complaint was 15 percent off next purchase which is the current site promotion going on.

It has been a week and still no update on my order. It says processing time can take up to 5 business days, and I have not been notified how much longer it will take.

I made a purchase on 6/8, and after 2 weeks of not hearing anything I emailed customer service about when my order would ship. I never got a response, but coincidentally the same day I got a notice that my order shipped. I was never alerted that the product I ordered was on back order or anything, and I waiting 3 weeks for my purchase that was supposed to ship in 3-5 days. I will not be ordering from Glasses Etc again, they didn’t even answer my inquiry email.

Not a good company to deal with. I should of read the reviews before I ordered my frames and lenses. Really bad customer service. They don’t answer their phones. Tell us to leave a message. Called several times and no call backs. Even emailed them and no response. I called again today and left a message and told them that if no one calls me by end of business I will call my credit card company and cancel the order. I received a call within 20 minutes of leaving this message. Three weeks and they hadn’t even started the lenses yet. After several mistakes with this order, and bad reviews, I decided to cancel my order. Will be curious to see how long it takes me to get my refund. I must report that I did get my refund very quickly. The last CSR was professional.
