Delivery and item was amazing. I would absolutely purchase from the site again.

I had broken my frames and I loved them. This was the only place I could get the exact frames like the broken ones. I received them quickly and they were perfect! The price I felt was reasonable. Getting frames from GlassesEtc was a great choice. If you need frames this is the place to get them from!

After not hearing a word about my order shopping I reached out for an update to then find out the product was back ordered. I asked to cancel and have my order refunded before it was delivered MANY times. Finally They said they would refund, then didn’t. The order showed up and now I’m battling them on letting me return the item I still don’t want. I will be getting my credit card company involved.

Excellent 👍🏽

Great price , delivered quick and packaged perfectly. Came with case and cleaning cloth.

I love these frames they fit me perfect. When I order them they were on back order as soon as they were back in stock they shipped it out which took about 3-4 days to come. Customer service was simply amazing will definitely order again and recommend to friends and family thanks for the amazing service.

Great fit and super light on the bridge of my nose. Excellent buy.

You might or might not get your item. You definitely won’t get your refund or customer service to call you back. Their phone number listed doesn’t work by the way. If you ordered from them, good luck.
