The door we received was beautiful and ver heavy duty, but unfortunately one of the mirrors was cracked. We didn't open it within the 72 hour window so they didn't take it as a return, but they offered $120 to get the mirror fixed so I thought that was fair. After this coorespondance on the credit, I had the door installed. There was no floor guide in the hardware kit that was sent with the door. I reached back out to let them know we were not provided everything that was supposed to come in the kit, they said they would send me the floor guide and apologized for missing part.

I was a bit hesitant to make a purchase from this company with the less then stellar reviews. I did contact them and had a phone and then email conversation about the mirrored sliding door I wanted to order for our Master Bathroom remodel. Once I was assured that I was ordering the correct product and accessories, I placed the order. When the door arrived it was delivered in perfect shape but the accessories were missing and was delivered a few days later after I had called to inquire. The door was installed by a master cabinet maker from Europe. The instructions were all in metric which was easier for him to understand. Unfortunately the instructions were incorrect in multiple areas. Nothing that he could not correct for. I can see how this would cause a DIY a significant issue. The supplied screws were not used as he felt that they were too small of size and not long enough for the weight of the door which is very heavy. Off to Home Depot for the correct screws. The mirrored sliding door is impressive to say the least.

Real happy with the door. Super high quality. Dimensions perfect. Customer service rep easy to work with. My only complaint is the delivery service they used (Estes), taking a month to get here, sitting at ports for days at a time, scheduling a Saturday delivery that didn't come, losing all track of the order, then finding it after we'd begun a refund request. Then after the delivery was made, we received two more calls about a pending delivery. Again, no complaints with Otto & Sohn. Happy with the end result – the journey notwithstanding.
