Otto & Sohn USA IncReviews of glass-door.us

We bought two sets of sliding doors for some closets in our Santa Fe home. Although there were some hiccups along the way, including some serious shipping damage, Mabell and the team at Glass-Doors were very supportive and took care of the issues as efficiently as possible. It was worth it,. The doors are high quality and look great. Even our contractor was impressed by the construction and quality.

Great product and follow up. Received two doors and one was damaged. They replaced both doors to make sure they matched!

Excellent experience with this company and Omar in particular. Everyone who sees our bathroom doors are blown away with their beauty and elegance! The quality of the materials is superior, and the help Omar gave us throughout the process was beyond call of duty. We are in the process of ordering other Glass products from them as well. We are very satisfied customers, and highly recommend Otto and Sohn.

Customer service was outstanding. Always able to speak with someone who answered any questions I had. My door is beautiful and the quality is amazing. I will be ordering again . Thank you Omar, Mabel and Maria. You are a great team and the shipping company you deal with was also outstanding.

Customer service has been great with follow-up emails and updates to ensure I get my shipment. They’ve been very proactive as the piece I need is critical to my door and its functionality. The representative (Mabell) was prompt with her responses to my inquiries via both telephone and emails.

We originally called Omar to discuss ordering one of their doors we found on-line, and during the conversation Omar said they also do custom doors. So he asked me to send him one of our business cards. Within one hour we received the most beautiful rendering of glass barn doors with our company logo on it that we had ever seen. It was beyond our imagination. We didn't even need to change anything about the design and we ordered it on the spot. The entire process was so smooth and we received the best service. Their attention to detail is excellent. We would highly recommend using Glass-door.us for any custom design or for any of their own designs. The quality cannot be better anywhere else.

The company was In close contact with us throughout the construction process of our shower screen. It turned out beautifully, and we’ve had numerous compliments on it

I am very pleased with my custom sliding barn door. It came as described and it's well built and looks great!
