This company basically accused my company if being negligent in installing their product. Nothing could be farther from the truth and they wanted nothing to do with knowing what actually happened. Nor do they apparently have any intention of standing behind their product. We have good reason and cause to believe their product was defective and not safe. Absolutely do not recommend using this company whatsoever

I would not recommend this company. I purchased a beautiful glass door from Glass-door.us. The website said it would be shipped in 30 days. It took over 60 days to ship. Before it was delivered the freight company called me and said that the door had arrived to them shattered. I ordered a second door. Once it arrived my contractor, who is very experienced and skilled, lifted the door and placed it very gently on the ground. The door shattered into a million pieces. There was obviously a defect of some kind in the glass as a normal glass door would not shatter like that. I'm so thankful that he found it right away and it didn't shatter after it was installed and I was in the shower!! So scary! The company refused to replace the second door. They were not understanding or helpful in any way. I asked for a refund and they refused. I will never use this company again and suggest that you don't either!

Beware- 3rd party seller to Overstock- DO NOT DO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES!!!! Ordered a closet door from them through Overstock with a 1600+ price tag and followed the measuring recommendation exactly/ it said to measure 1-2 inches more. It took 12 weeks to arrive. And it does not fit. I emailed Overstock- they told me to email the supplier. I reached out to Otto-Sohn and they said they Do not take returns. I’ve been back and forth with them several times. No apologies- no attempts to make it right- this was NOT cheap and they’ve made no attempts to fix - I followed the measurement instructions they provided to select my size. They say it was custom made- if so then why are there Only 2 height choices provided. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!! AND DO T FEEL SAFE THAT YOU’LL BE COVERED BY OVERSTOCK. THEY'LL JUST HANG YOU OUT TO DRY AFTER TAKING YOUR MONEY.

You understand that the rules and policies of the shopping site are established and provided by the shopping site. Suppliers in this case must adhere to the same established rule, however, you can obtain more information directly from the company where you bought. For our product, each client is responsible for accommodating their installation space, and for this, each client chooses their contractor or professional in the area to carry out the task of a successful installation and accommodation for the doors. In general, customers must go and act through the platform of the shopping place "marketplace" to be able to clarify their doubts or to send their questions, trying to contact any supplier from the outside is breaking the rule since it is not possible for us to track or understand an order that comes from another site. When it indicates “- no attempts to make it right” it is because you have not opened the correct communication channel, just as you are doing now, please go through the chosen platform and open any inquiries or complaints with the corresponding department and company. Which is not us. Your allegation compromises the image of the company Glass-door.us, a company that you have not chosen to make your purchase, therefore this is not the place (glass-door.us) where you should complain. If you have a complaint, you should send it directly to the place where you placed your order.

Update: Buyer beware! When we went to install our new door the supplied trim kit would not fit together. We had to drill two screw holes to stop it from falling off. Took extra time for the install we also had to pay for. Contacted customer service and they basically said tough luck, we will provide parts that may fit but only at your cost. Here is their final response after several go rounds by email: “Although this case is not fortunate for you, this is the policy, instead of reporting the problem you preferred to do it after modifying your article, this is why we need to repeat again that you are out of company policy. As a courtesy we could send you another hardware for you to try and change it, but we will not provide any discount or uninstallation or installation fees. Do you agree?” Original review: Online ordering was seamless. Excellent communications with the company. Good shipping rates to Canada. Door arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. And it’s beautiful!
