Absolutely horrible customer support. I needed to update my shipping address since I moved houses and they ghosted me for weeks. I emailed a second time asking for a refund because I had been ignored constantly and I finally got a reply telling me to be patient. Biggest scam. I'm not even confident I will receive my product or if it even exists in their system anymore. Do NOT buy from this company. You will lose money and get nothing but silence.

Good store. I’ve ordered already second time from this store and my statue arrived in good condition without any damages. The only thing is that there was no tracking updates about it. Communication with the store team is a bit slow I would say. If you write them by email or messenger on Facebook, they may not respond; on WhatsApp they respond that takes about few days. Generally, I am pleased :)

I pre-ordered a figure 2 weeks ago and it turned out that it was out of stock. As it's written on their website, my order should have been automatically cancelled and my deposit refounded but after 2 mails there's still nothing. Like many people here, I feel like I'm being scammed and I hope I will get my money back soon.

I made a deposit of a figure on 15 December 2022 and waited for updates to my payments. I emailed them about the rest of the deposit and heard nothing for months. I tried messaging them and was left on seen. No reposnse, poor communication. I have all the details and proof of payment for the product and have requested a refund. No response. Pathetic

I am running into the same problem as many here, sending numerous emails asking for my deposit returned as the item has been sold out on other sites and they just sent me an email to contact the studio and contact them in a week. I just want my money back and to move on as this has been a hell of a fiasco. I get that they are in China so replying to emails is late but I don’t like how they poorly communicate even at that. GK if you are reading this ; reply to my emails and please just give me my deposit back , no one else should go through GK as you can see numerous amounts of people have gone through this situation! I’ll change my review once I get My Money Back!

Très gros manque de professionnalisme, de communication et de transmission d’information Il faut les harceler toutes les semaines pour avoir des nouvelles de la commande, ils disent qu’ils vont envoyer des informations après avoir payer les frais de ports mais n’envoie rien et encore obligé de les contacter pour avoir une réponse ! Nous avons commandé en décembre 2022 et nous venons tout juste de recevoir la figurine ( juillet 2023)
