I pre-ordered a figure, but its release was cancelled due to low demand. I agreed to a full refund, but I’m still waiting for it; no matter how many times I reach out via email or WhatsApp about order #15460, I get the feeling that my messages are simply being ignored. I’m very disappointed, because I initially had a positive experience when I ordered my first figure, but the customer support is extremely poor and slow

Trying to get in touch with anyone for updates is almost impossible, the updates are few and far between and after you pay it feels like you've just spent a lot of money on something not legitimate. The figurine was in good condition thankfully when it did arrive after multiple delays in production which I had to dig around for an email to contact the company abou; receiving brief, vague and unprofessional responses to.

There is hardly any transparency whatsoever. Customer service is incredibly slow, and God help you if your product arrived damaged.

I have ordered multiple figures from GK Figure over the years. But haven’t ordered anything in 2025 as I am still waiting for multiple orders from 2024 & 2023 to arrive. Their feedback is slow and lacking when asking for updates. Overall, would like to get the products I see on their site. But am questioning if I will ever get them, or what options I have going forward.

Its almost 2 years and i Have not received Any update of my figures

The Lycaon figure is fantastic and such high quality. It would have been perfect without one issue. His right leg (the leg that supports the figure to the base) either does not have the magnet built into the joint, or the knee was not glued to the leg. Its important because his tail is so heavy that it cannot support itself and falls over. Because of this I am unable to display him. I am severely disappointed. I waited a year for this product just to come in faulty. If it wasnt for this issue I would be so happy because the quality is unmatched.

I placed my order and they accepted my payment without issue. Through no fault of their own, the studio canceled production. The problem lies with trying to get the refund which is promised on their site if there are production issues. They went from being very responsive to completely ignoring my emails. This was in response to their email to me stating that I could either have a refund or apply the spent amount on another figure. Their response changed from a couple days to reply to now being two weeks with nothing. Update: Just a couple days after placing this review, they finally refunded my money. It should not take this much time for a company to fulfill their responsibilities. They should have also been the ones to contact me once the figure was canceled, but I have doubts whether they would have done so. I will be kind and upgrade from one to two stars.
